Birthdays at Parceros: what's included and how to book

Three people hold up a chalkboard reading «Hoy es mi cumpleaños en Parceros», under the ceiling of colored umbrellas and the wall of sombreros vueltiaos.

Every time there's a birthday at Parceros we have an absolute blast. That isn't brochure copy: it's the first thing we learned to do properly, and it's why half the tables on a Friday have a chalkboard on them.

What we bring

  • The table decorations, on the house.
  • The birthday dessert for whoever's birthday it is, on the house.
  • The celebration with music, which is the loud part.

All three come at no extra cost when you book with us. You just show up with your people.

What we need from you

Three things: the date, the time and how many of you there'll be. With that we set the table and brief the shift working that night, which is the part that actually makes the surprise land.

Giving notice matters more than it sounds. A birthday announced on arrival still gets celebrated, but without decorations up or a dessert ready.

If there are a lot of you

We have long tables for birthdays, office lunches and family reunions. Message us with the date and how many, and we'll fit you in.

How we told it in April 2026

Birthdays were literally the first thing we opened this house for, a week before the official opening. Here's how we announced it at the time:

WE'RE OPEN for the birthday crowd 😍🎂

Ahead of our official opening (May 1st) we'll be working all week to warm up the engines.

You can come see us already at our new home 📍Calle 62 443, between 51 and 53, Santa Lucía Centro. LA BODEGUITA DE PARCEROS

Book your table on our WhatsApp 999 251 8262

Published 28 April 2026, a few days before opening. The opening night was 1 May 2026.
