Parceros started from wanting Mérida to taste the real Colombia: the pot of beans that cooks slowly, the Sunday sancocho, the arepa you eat with your hands.
We cook with the seasoning from there and no fear of what is here: the Castacón comes out of the oven ready for tacos, with handmade tortillas. Tables built for sharing, color everywhere and a playlist that will not let you sit still. That is the whole secret.
We are proud to bring a piece of Colombia's cities to every table: from the loud energy of Bogotá, through the warmth of Cartagena and the grandeur of Medellín, to the history soaked into the streets of Cali.

Where can I park?
We are right in the historic center, so we do not have our own parking. These are the closest lots — tap any of them to open it in Maps:

Do I need a reservation?
You can walk in. That said, booking takes about 30 seconds on OpenTable and saves you the wait — and if you are coming with a big group, it is the safe bet.

Yes. The Menú Parceritos has 3 dishes made for them, and the Cajita Parceritos comes with a toy.

Yes — our own driver, and we reach todo Mérida. Delivery is $45 for the first 4 km and $10 for each extra km, tax included. There is no minimum order, and delivery is always charged; pickup is free. Build your order on the menu or message us on WhatsApp with your address —or call 999 251 8262— and we will confirm the total and the timing.

How do I get a factura (tax invoice)?
With the same receipt. It comes with a QR code: scan it with your phone camera and it takes you to the portal where you issue your factura, with your Mexican tax details at hand. If the code does not work or you need us to do it by hand, email us at facturacion@parceros.mx and we will sort it out.
How to invoice your receiptHow do birthdays work?
Message us with the date, the time and how many of you are coming. We set up the table decorations and bring out the birthday dessert, both on the house, plus the celebration with music. All you have to do is show up.
How to book your celebrationAre you open on holidays?
Yes, we open on holidays too. Regular hours are Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 23:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00.
Do you have meat-free options?
Yes, there are meat-free dishes on the menu. Since they vary with the day's preparation, the best thing is to message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly which ones work for you.

When the Colombian national team plays we usually put on the whole thing, the way we did for the 2026 World Cup final: the match on screen and the Colombian party afterwards. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether the next match is on.
