These terms govern the use of parceros.mx, operated by Luisa Fernanda Peña Méndez, an individual with business activity and owner of the restaurant Parceros, with address at Calle 62 #443, Parque Santa Lucía, Centro, 97203 Mérida, Yucatán, México.

What this site is and is not
This site is informational. Here you can check the menu, the hours, the location and how to contact us.
We do not process payments, reservations or orders on this site. When you book, you do it on the OpenTable platform; when you order delivery or ask a question, you do it on WhatsApp or by phone. Using those services means their own terms apply as well.
Prices
- All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and already include VAT.
- Prices published here are informational and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one on the physical menu at the restaurant at the time you order.
- Availability of dishes may vary with the season and the day. If something is essential to your visit, confirm it beforehand on WhatsApp.
- Tipping is voluntary and entirely up to you. We do not apply automatic service charges.
Reservations and celebrations
- Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed through the channel you made them on.
- Birthday celebrations require advance notice so we can prepare the table. The details are agreed when you book.
- If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, always tell us before ordering. We work in a kitchen that handles many ingredients and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.
Site content
The texts, photographs, logo, the name Parceros and the other brand elements are the property of their owner and are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
The reviews shown on the site are real opinions published by their authors on Google and are reproduced with attribution. They reflect the experience of whoever wrote them and do not constitute a promise of results.
Third-party links
The site links to external services — OpenTable, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Waze and social networks — that have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or their operation.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep hours, prices and availability current, but they can change. In the event of any difference, what is stated directly at the restaurant or through our contact channels prevails.
Language of the site
This site is published in Spanish and in English. The English version is a courtesy translation; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute relating to consumer matters, you may turn to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
