At Parceros, a Colombian restaurant in the heart of Mérida, we are looking for someone committed, responsible and eager to grow professionally in the kitchen.
We are not only looking for someone to put in the hours. We want someone who wants to build skills, learn new techniques and be part of a team that values effort and attitude.
What we offer
- $2,500 a week in pay + Sunday premium + tips (about $1,000 to $1,600)

Schedule
- Closing shift: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- One day off during the week
Requirements
- Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or cook
- Easy commute to downtown Mérida
- Punctual and responsible
- Eager to learn and work as a team
- Positive attitude and willingness
