### Where can I park?
We are right in the historic center, so we do not have our own parking. The closest lots are: Estacionamiento 60/62, Estacionamiento Portales de Santa Lucía, Estacionamiento Público de la 51, Estacionamiento La Sesenta.

### Do you have valet parking?
Yes, Friday through Sunday. Pull up to the door, leave the car with us and we park it for you, so you are not circling the historic center looking for a spot. The rest of the week, the lots right next door have you covered.

### Do I need a reservation?
You can walk in. To book directly with us, tap “Book a table”: it takes about 30 seconds and saves you the wait. You can also book on OpenTable. If you are coming with a big group, booking is the safe bet.

### Do you have a kids' menu?
Yes. The Menú Parceritos has 3 dishes made for them, and the Cajita Parceritos comes with a toy.

### Do you deliver?
Yes — our own driver, and we reach all of Mérida. Delivery is $45 for the first 4 km and $10 for each extra km, tax included. There is no minimum order, and delivery is always charged; pickup is free. ### How do I get a factura (tax invoice)?
With the same receipt. It comes with a QR code: scan it with your phone camera and it takes you to the portal where you issue your factura, with your Mexican tax details at hand. If the code does not work or you need us to do it by hand, email us at facturacion@parceros.mx and we will sort it out.

### How do birthdays work?
Message us with the date, the time and how many of you are coming. We set up the table decorations and bring out the birthday dessert, both on the house, plus the celebration with music. All you have to do is show up.

### Do you have air conditioning?
Yes. There are two areas and you pick the one you like: the terrace, under its canopy of umbrellas, or the air-conditioned indoor area. There is always room in both, so there is nothing to reserve and nothing to tell us beforehand — just say the word when you arrive.

### Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, bring it along. We keep it for you and bring it out at the right moment, and we do not charge a cake-cutting fee or a service charge for it. If it is a birthday, the dessert with its candle is still on the house.

### Can we split the bill?
Yes, we split the bill across the group, no problem. Tell your server when you order and we will run it that way from the start.

### Can I come with a stroller or in a wheelchair?
Yes, you can get in and move around with a stroller and in a wheelchair. We also have high chairs for the babies — just ask when you arrive.

### Are you open on holidays?
Yes, we open on holidays too. Regular hours are Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 23:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00.

### Do you have meat-free options?
